A discussion of the role of genes, brains and behaviour in sleep, body rhythms and psychology.

Topics addressed at this event will include:

  • Secrets of sleep;

  • sleep as the key to language learning;

  • acute insomnia in the 24/7 society - an integrative approach to assessment, diagnosis and treatment;

  • early to bed, early to rise, or not - it’s all in your genes.
