We are recruiting for an Embryologist within our MSc programme team, to support students on the MSc Human Clinical Embryology and Assisted Conception programme.
You will support the further development and delivery of this programme. First delivered in 2014/15, this course has been very successful attracting a wide range of students from both the UK and overseas. This is an excellent opportunity therefore to become part of an exciting new programme in a top-ranking School of Medicine.
You will be responsible for both the development and delivery of laboratory practicals, workshops and teaching in the area of embryology as it relates to human IVF/ART. Experience in human ART and excellent organisational skills are essential, as you will liaise/work in collaboration with embryologists, clinical staff and technical staff - as well as students - in both the research/teaching team and the IVF clinic.
You will develop a variety of teaching materials and work in close collaboration with other staff from within the programme, in particular the programme laboratory technician and the IVF unit.
Based in Ninewells Hospital (NHS Tayside), one of Europe's largest teaching hospitals, the University of Dundee's School of Medicine provides outstanding medical education and training supported by world-class research facilities.
