Notes from an Amateur: On the History of the Royal Society

A discussion introduced by writer and broadcaster Lord Melvyn Bragg, author of books including 12 Books That Changed the World: How Words and Wisdom Have Shaped Our Lives (buy this book from Amazon UK or Amazon USA) and On Giants' Shoulders: Great Scientists and Their Discoveries from Archimedes to DNA (buy this book from Amazon UK or Amazon USA).

Lord Bragg will discuss the history of the Royal Society on the occasion of its 350th anniversary.
