500 Fivers Appeal: BioNews needs you!

18 May 2009

By Sarah Norcross

Appeared in BioNews 508

BioNews is published by the Progress Educational Trust a small UK registered charity which battles for funding to keep BioNews in operation and free of charge.

Back in January we launched the 500 Fivers Appeal to coincide with the publication of the 500th edition of BioNews.

Our target is tantalisingly close as we have received 444 fivers thanks to BioNews' generous supporters, many of whom have donated in excess of the suggested £5.

For those of you who have not yet donated we would like to urge you to do so now. By giving us just £5 - the price of a couple of coffees - you can help ensure that BioNews continues to be delivered into your inbox each week, providing you with news, comment and information on genetics and assisted conception.

Please donate today. You can do this online or, if you prefer, you can send a cheque, payable to Progress Educational Trust, to: Progress Educational Trust, 140 Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8AX.
